Karen and Kerry decided after working together previously, that they would like to provide flexible administrative business support to companies who occasionally need an extra pair of hands. As they both come from managerial positions within administration, they understand the importance of ensuring a document or project is completed with speed and accuracy. This is where their skill and dedication comes into force and where they can deliver to the highest standard.
Karen has over 30 years’ experience which stretches over a wide range of areas from general administration to the project management of several office moves and new business start ups. After successfully completing her MCIPD Qualification in 2012 Karen progressed onto HR Director for a Company of 35 employees and was responsible for the management, continued development and improvement of the business support functions. She is comfortable with most packages and has worked with several CRM systems. Karen's passion is the delivery of a product, whether this is a basic administration task or the planning and execution of an office move. She thrives on producing solutions to help business' grow.
Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in office management and compliance. Her previous roles have included working in owner-managed businesses through to PLCs. She has in depth experience of compliance, particularly within the education recruitment sector. She has successfully gained and maintained the REC Audited Education Kite Mark formally known as the DFE Quality Mark for numerous organisations. Kerry's passion is setting up and organising administration systems, including payroll and credit control. She is comfortable with most packages and has worked with several CRM systems and has project managed the creation of a bespoke CRM. Within her career to date, Kerry has done everything from setting up new telephone systems to organising large events and office moves.
